SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders are shipped from Japan.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally shipped within three business days after the order and payment have been confirmed.
Pre-order items, made-to-order items, and other products with different shipping schedules will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date stated on the relevant product page.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, or other days when our business is closed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN
Orders within Japan are shipped using carriers and shipping methods designated by us.

After your order has been shipped, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding the delivery status.
Where further investigation by us is required, we will work with the shipping carrier and respond in accordance with applicable law and the applicable shipping terms.
